I personally want to commend Mr. Isam for his assistance during our stay in the hotel. Well done sir! The room is spacious and clean. The environment is so serene, and the location is good, It gives a relaxing environment to the guest. All in all, we have a wonderful experience in Time Ruby Hotel Apartment. Thank you very much.

It is walking distance to the beach, nice spacious rooms, great and helpful staff, loved the gym and especially the sauna. The view from the window was overlooking the beach, which was a nice bonus. Good food at the restaurant.

I like everything and it worth to stay in this hotel. I want to give 100% reccomendation to all staff especially Ms Mellie for being so nice and accomadated. Thank for giving us exceptional stay

The kitchen was without utensils, but the staff brought us most of them. Close to the beach, and as a hotel resident you have free access to it.
